  1. Call Meeting to Order 
  2. Consideration of the following:
    • Authorize the use of absent voter counting boards to be located at City Hall in the Council Chamber starting at 7:00am on Election Day
    • Authorize the City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk to conduct preliminary logic testing as required by law, provide election supplies and ballot containers, assess voting equipment needs, prepare meeting materials for the Election Commission  and facilitate the preparing, proofing, printing and delivery of ballots per the Interlocal agreement with Oakland County.
    • Authorize the Clerk’s Office extended hours of 8:30am to 7:00pm on Monday, March 2nd through Thursday, March 5th for election related business.
