NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
FOR THE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2020
CITY OF FARMINGTON HILLS, MICHIGAN
 
TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF FARMINGTON HILLS:
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of the City of Farmington Hills who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the City Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency.  Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the City Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com.
 
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, July 20, 2020.
 
After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in-person with proof of residency (MCL168.492) at the City of Farmington Hills Clerk’s Office, located at 31555 W. 11 Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48336 at the following times:
 

  • Regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM
  • Extended hours:
    • Monday, July 20th through Thursday, July 23rd from 8:30AM to 7:00PM
    • Monday, July 27th through Thursday, July 30th from 8:30AM to 7:00PM
    • Saturday, August 1st from 8:30AM to 4:30PM
  • Election Day, Tuesday, August 4th from 7:00AM to 8:00PM
 
The Election will be conducted in all voting precincts (1-27) of the City of Farmington Hills for the purpose of electing candidates seeking nomination the following offices:
 
Congressional:           
United States Senator
Representative in Congress (14th District)
Legislative:
Representative in State Legislature (37th District)
County :
County Executive
Prosecuting Attorney
Sheriff
Clerk and Register of Deeds
Treasurer
Water Resources Commissioner
County Commissioner (13th, 14th, and 21st Districts)
Judicial:
Judge of Circuit Court – 6th Circuit
Delegate to County Convention
