NOTICE OF ELECTION
CITY OF FARMINGTON HILLS
AUGUST 4, 2020
 
To the Qualified Electors of the City of Farmington Hills, County of Oakland:
 
Notice is hereby given that a State Primary Election will be held in the City of Farmington Hills, County of Oakland on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 for the purpose of electing candidates seeking nomination for the following offices:

Congressional:        
        United States Senator
        Representative in Congress (14th District)
Legislative:
        Representative in State Legislature (37th District)
County:
        County Executive
        Prosecuting Attorney
        Sheriff
        Clerk and Register of Deeds
        Treasurer
        Water Resources Commissioner
        County Commissioner (13th, 14th, and 21st Districts)
Judicial:
        Judge of Circuit Court – 6th Circuit
        Delegate to County Convention
 
The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m at the following locations:

Precinct 8 - North Congregational Church                Precinct 22 - St. John Lutheran Church

The Farmington Hills absent voter counting board will be located at the Costick Activities Center Gymnasium, 28600 Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI
           
Sample ballots may be viewed at mi.gov/vote or www.fhgov.com.
 
Registered voters may contact the local clerk to obtain an application for an absent voter ballot.
To comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille.  Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contacting the City Clerk in advance of the Election.  All polling locations are accessible for voters with disabilities.
