                        ITEM:                    PUD Plan 4, 2021
 
The Farmington Hills Planning Commission will give formal consideration to a proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan 4, 2021.  The applicant seeks approval of a PUD Plan to construct one 4-story, 250-unit and one 3-story 66-unit walk-up multiple family building in a B-3 General Business, RA-4 One Family Residential, OS-1, Office Service, and P-1, Vehicular Parking Zoning Districts.
 
The property involved is located at the south side of Northwestern Hwy., between Greening Street and Highview Ave., and being more particularly described as:
Parcel Identification Numbers:  23-02-106-001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 007, 012, 013, 015, 016; 23-02-104-001, 004, 005; 23-02-102-002, 003, 004, 005, 013., City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.
 
Any person who is interested is invited to participate in the discussion of the request in person at the scheduled meeting, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Department, 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48336, during regular business hours prior to the Public Hearing.  The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office on any business day between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
