2022 Winter Property Tax payment deadline is February 14, 2023.
Afterwards, unpaid 2022 Winter Taxes are DELINQUENT with an additional 4% penalty.

Property tax payments are accepted on the City website (Credit Card, ACH, ECheck), by mail (in the envelope provided), or in the drop box at City Hall in front of Police Headquarters (31655 W. Eleven Mile Road).  Click on the “Pay Now” button below for options and details.

2022 Summer Property Tax Payment deadline was August 31, 2022.
 
Unpaid 2022 SUMMER balances are now past due and assessed a 4% penalty plus ½% interest per month until February 28, 2023. After February 28, 2023, all unpaid taxes are transferred to Oakland County to collect with additional fees.


By law, failure to receive a tax bill does not waive the tax or any penalty and interest for late payment.
