Brownfield Redevelopment Authority

The overall goals of the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority are to facilitate the redevelopment of eligible properties, to provide new jobs and/or tax base, to foster development in areas that are already served with utilities, and to prevent urban sprawl. The purpose of the Authority is to act in accordance with the provisions of Act 381 of the Public Acts of 1996. One annual meeting will be held after the first regular meeting in September. Regular meetings are determined by the board. Members serve a three-year term.
