The Hawk Community Center has 3 rooms to host your perfect celebration. Our party coordinator will help you plan your event to ensure it is unforgettable.
Room 1 (Activity Code HR4100) – This is our most popular room. This room has a window that overlooks the pool area and a private hall attached to the room with a door that directly accesses the waterslide and pool area. This room features a dedicated fridge and a sink. Max capacity - 30 people. R/NR Fee: $365/$395

Room 2 (Activity Code HR4101) – This room is our largest party room and is a double sided for parties that need extra space for an additional activity, dance floor or more guests. This room accesses the pool from the main floor. This room features a sink and has access to a fridge. Max capacity - 50 people. R/NR Fee: $365/$395

Room 3 (Activity Code HR4102) – This room is similar size to Room 1 but is a private room with no windows. This room features a sink and access to a fridge. Max capacity - 30 people. R/NR Fee: $265/$295

How do I reserve the party room?
The party room can be reserved online. Availability can be found under the Activity Code associated with that month. Reserving your party online reserves the date and time with all items listed as being included in the party room package. Any extra add-ons must be arranged with the party coordinator. The party coordinator will call you regarding your reservation within 48 hours using the contact number you attach to the reservation to talk through additional details and requests. Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Does The Hawk offer food service for the party?
For your convenience we do have food service available from our concession stand for your party. To request a party menu with pricing please email hawkparties@fhgov.com Outside food from a licensed vendor may be permitted depending on current Hawk guidelines with an additional fee and must be approved 2 weeks prior to the event date by the party coordinator. No home-made food (with the exception of cake/cupcakes) or outside alcohol is permitted inside the facility.

How does check-in work the day of the event?
The participants check-in at the front lobby. Hawk party staff will greet your party participants as they enter the facility and direct them towards the party room.
Are birthday candles allowed in the party room?
Decorative candles are allowed however candles can not be lit. No open flames are permitted inside the room.
Extra Add-Ons
Deluxe Balloon Package – $35 Extra balloons and the addition of a large number balloon designating the age of the birthday child.
Inflatables (Includes an additional room and is based on availability) - $250 per inflatable: Obstacle Course, Jumbo Slide, Bounce House
Food Package – Ask the party coordinator for details about discounted food package availability.
Important Pool FAQs
Children must be 48 inches tall to use the water slide.
Children must pass a swim test to use the deep-water pool.
Participants should bring their own lock if they wish to use a locker.
Please bring your own towels.
