The William Costick Activities Center is a multi-purpose facility where residents and guests can enjoy a wide variety of activities, events, programs and services. It has a swimming pool, gymnasium, stage, three soccer fields, meeting and banquet rooms, and is the location for the Center for Active Adults and the Adults 50 & Better Program.
The Costick Center provides rental space for a nominal fee to the public, civic and community groups, charitable organizations and the business community.

The Jon Grant Community Center offers classes, programs, and rental opportunities to residents of Farmington Hills as well as surrounding communities. The Community Center delivers comfortable meeting space, and unsurpassed customer service. It is a great space for meetings, shows, birthday parties, showers and other gatherings.

A large picnic area is located at the north end of Heritage Park. There are three total picnic shelters at the park which can be rented for private use – one near the splash pad and playground, and two others closer to the Nature Center.
