Your Voice Matters! 12 Mile and Orchard Lake Market Survey

Farmington Hills is working on a corridor market study along 12 Mile Road between Orchard Lake Road and Haggerty Road, and along Orchard Lake Road from Oakland Community College to 14 Mile Road.

This study is the first of its kind and is so important. Data-driven, it will help certain areas attract new business types or demonstrate the needs for certain zoning measures, such as mixed-use. This means that your opinion could help attract new development and foster business growth! The City will be able to use all the information gathered in this study to spur additional economic growth and new opportunities for years to come.
