Farmington Hills DEI Council is comprised of staff representing a cross section of departments across the City. The Council focuses on fostering a sense of belonging for all employees, plan DEI events and outreach efforts, and help champion the City’s DEI strategic plan.

The City of Farmington Hills is a corporate member of the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC). The MMSDC is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization committed to driving economic growth within minority communities.
