Notice of Public Accuracy Test for the May 7, 2024 Election

 
 
TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF FARMINGTON HILLS (PRECINCTS 5 AND 6 ONLY), OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN:
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test for the electronic equipment that will be used in Precincts 5 and 6 for the May 7, 2024 Special Election has been scheduled for MONDAY, APRIL 15, 2024 at 2:30PM at the Farmington Hills City Hall in the Council Chamber, located at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336.
 
The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the computer programming used to tabulate the votes cast at the Election meets the requirements of Michigan Election Law.
