ITEM: Qualification of One-Family Cluster Option 1, 2023
The Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider an application for qualification of One-Family Cluster Option 1, 2023, received by the Planning Office on October 13, 2023, submitted by Forest at Riverwalk Development LLC, seeking qualification of a One-Family Cluster Option single-family residential site condominium within the RA-3, One Family Residential zoning district.
The subject property is located on the south side of Folsom Road, between Parker Street and Lundy Drive, and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Numbers: 22-23-34-252-019, 22-23-34-252-020, 22-23-34-252-021, 22-23-34-252-022, 22-23-34-252-023, 22-23-34-252-024, 22-23-34-252-025, 22-23-34-252-026, 22-23-34-252-027, 22-23-34-252-028, 22-23-34-252-030, 22-23-34-252-031, 22-23-34-252-032, 22-23-34-252-033, 22-23-34-252-034, and 22-23-34-252-043.
Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing, or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, or eperdonik@fhgov.com, prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
