The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider two (2) applications, both received by the Planning Office on July 17, 2024, submitted by SkilkenGold Real Estate Development, for approval of a Planned Unit Development Plan and Site Plan to construct a gasoline service station with a drive-through restaurant in the RC-2, Multiple Family Residential zoning district. 

The subject property is located at 27815 and 28025 Middlebelt Road at the northwest intersection of Twelve Mile and Middlebelt Roads and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Numbers: 22-23-11-477-013, -014, and -109, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.

Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336 or eperdonik@fhgov.com prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
