ELECTION COMMISSION MEETING
THURSDAY, JUNE 13, 2024 – 3:30PM
CITY OF FARMINGTON HILLS
A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Farmington Hills will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 3:30p.m. at the Farmington Hills City Hall in the Council Chambers, 31555 W 11 Mile Road, Farmington Hills MI for the purpose of:
· Establishing an absent voter counting board at the Costick Activities Center 28600 11 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills, with dates and times to be determined for the purpose of early processing of absent voter ballots, and the processing and tabulation of absent voter ballots on election day, as permitted by law
· Authorizing the City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk to conduct preliminary logic and accuracy testing and other tasks as required by law
· Authorizing extended hours for the City Clerk’s Office for election related business.
