The Farmington Hills City Council shall consider an application to amend Planned Unit Development Plan 2, 2021, including Revised Site Plan 59-5-2022. The applicant, Robertson Brothers Homes, seeks approval to construct site-built one-family detached dwelling units within the RA-1B One Family Residential District.

The subject property is located at 27400 Twelve Mile Road; Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-12-476-008, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.

Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing or written comments may be submitted to the Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336 or ckettler@fhgov.com prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
