NOTICE TO FARMINGTON HILLS TAXPAYERS

Change of Assessment Notices for 2025 will be mailed to all Farmington Hills taxpayers as of February 21, 2025.  Any resident who has not received their 2025 Notice by February 28, 2025 may verify their 2025 assessment on the city’s website at www.fhgov.com or by calling the Farmington Hills Assessors Office at (248) 871-2470.

The Farmington Hills Board of Review will meet to hear taxpayers’ appeals on:

Monday, March 10, 2025           from           9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, March 11, 2025           from           9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 12, 2025     from          1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Taxpayers may schedule an appointment before the Board of Review by contacting the Assessors Office before 4:30 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2025.
