Celebrate Fall in Heritage Park at Annual Hay Day on Oct. 1

Free admission for fun family activities to celebrate fall in Farmington Hills

 

WHAT:          Head to Heritage Park in Farmington Hills for a fun-filled night of fall activities for the whole    family, including:

·         Walking the picturesque trails at Heritage Park,

·         Bouncing through the inflatable obstacle course and more, and

·         Huddling around the largest campfire in Farmington Hills.

 

The Farmington Hills Fire Department will host marshmallow drops from the fire truck, where kids can collect marshmallows to redeem for prizes.

·         6 p.m. for ages 5 and under

·         6:20 p.m. for ages 6-8

·         6:40 p.m. for ages 9 and up

 

Admission to the event is free. Hayrides and pumpkins for painting will be available for purchase, in addition to s’mores kits, hot dogs, chips and drinks.

 

WHO:            The City of Farmington Hills Special Services Department invites community members of all ages and abilities to celebrate fall at Heritage Park with fun activities for the whole family. Hay Day is supported by Oakland County Parks, Busch’s Fresh Food Market, and the Farmington Hills Police and Fire Departments.
