The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider an amendment to Planned Unit Development 1, 2015, received by the Planning Office on September 19, 2024, submitted by Signworks of Michigan, Inc., seeking a recommendation from the Planning Commission to City Council of approval of additional freestanding and wall sign area in the B-3, General Business, and SP-2, Special Purpose, zoning districts. 

The subject property is located at 28050 Grand River Avenue on the north side of Grand River Avenue, between Oxford and Colwell Avenues and being more particularly described as: Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-36-404-010, City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.

Any interested person is invited to comment on the request in person at the scheduled hearing or written comments may be submitted to the City of Farmington Hills Planning Office at 31555 W. Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336 or eperdonik@fhgov.com prior to the hearing. The application may be reviewed at the Planning Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
