Lifeguarding Instructor
Job Description
Lifeguarding Instructors teach valuable lifesaving skills, while maintaining a safe learning environment. Lifeguarding Instructors will teach in accordance with the American Red Cross basic-level Lifeguarding standards and ensure competency of each participant. Instructors will arrive on time, prepared with predetermined lesson plan. Explains, demonstrates, and provides feedback while each participant practices water rescues and skills to proficiency. Keeps attendance and records of completion for participants.
